I just got home from our workout today and wanted something cold and filling at the same time, so I made myself a protein shake. You guys have GOT to try this!! :)
2 tbsp whey protein powder
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 banana
1 scoop low fat chocolate ice cream
3 ice cubes
Just toss everything into a blender and blend until smooth. I think next time I might put in a little bit of instant coffee instead of the banana...hmmmmm ;)
