I wrote this treadmill interval circuit for a friend of mine and thought I would post it for you all since today is cardio day. As always, anything you choose to do today is fine. Just make sure to keep that heartrate up for about 60 minutes. Have fun! :)
1) Incline 3, tempo moderate, time 7 minutes – Brisk Walking
2) Incline 8, tempo fast, time 3 minutes - Speed Walk
3) Incline 5, tempo moderate, time 2 minutes - Brisk Walking
4) Incline 10, tempo fast, time 2 minutes - Speed Walk
5) Incline 5, tempo moderate, time 2 minutes - Slow run
6) Incline 12, tempo fast, time 1 minute – Dead Sprint
7) Incline 8, tempo moderate, time 2 minutes - Slow run
8) Incline 12, tempo fast, time 1 minute - Dead Sprint
9) Incline 8, tempo moderate, time 2 minutes - Slow run
10) Incline 3, tempo moderate, time 5 minutes - Dead Sprint
