First cardio day of the new month so I came up with something new for us all to try out. I thought I would send this out to all of you in case you needed a good, quick cardio session this week. I get bored easily, especially running on a treadmill day in and day out, so when I found this workout, I scribbled it down ASAP. Let me know if you'd like any other cardio circuits aside from the typical running/walking and I'd be happy to send some more. :)
* 1 minute - Brisk walk or march in place
* 1 minute - Light jog outside, around the house or in place
* 1 minute - Jumping jacks
* 1 minute - Long jumps - jump forward, landing with both feet
* 1 minute - Light jog
* 1 minute - Jumping jacks
* 1 minute - Squat and kick, alternating legs
* 1 minute - Light jog
* 1 minute - Long jumps
* 1 minute - Brisk walk to cool down
If you're not completely burnt out after the first set, try another.
