Welcome to my blog!!

Welcome everybody. I hope that all of my Facebook friends and fans could make it over here. I started this blog in the hopes that it would make it easier for me to send out what I'm up to everyday to all of you. Eventually I hope to have enough free time to throw in the occasional diet/nutrition advice in between circuits, but for now, it's hard enough for me to keep up with my workout routine here, plus the kiddos and school. If you have any questions at all, please ask. I will try my absolute best to help. Also, all feedback on these workouts is GREATLY appreciated as it helps me gauge how I'm progressing as a trainer. Thank you to all of you for all of your support!! I can't believe how HUGE this little project of mine has gotten!!! Me
